Our Adult Casuals have also been hit hard by the fire threat and tourism downturn. This purchase will allow us to give one of our awesome adult casual staff members a full Public Holiday day's work. At the moment we're only able to give a few hours here and there as we try to spread the available hours out amongst all of our Casuals. (Our Apprentices have been paid right through of course, even while we were closed). We want to employ and pay all of our staff, as they rely on the busy summer period as much as we do! But current circumstances have prevented this, so Thankyou so much for helping us help them :) P.S. The calculation is based on 8 hours at the Award Rate for Public Holidays (which they love!!) plus 9.5% Super payment.
